Getting your tickets

All tickets are issued by email. The email comes from “Accelevents” (events@orders.accelevents.com) with the subject line “Welcome to Utterly Content 2024”. If you have purchased a ticket and cannot find yours, please search your inbox and any junk mail boxes. If you still cannot find it please email hello@utterlycontent.com and tell us your full name, organisation and the email address that you used for your booking and we will re-issue the ticket email.

Passes purchased with an invoice payment

If your pass was purchased through an invoice payment - especially those on organisation or team passes - and you do not have an email confirmation, please first contact the person in your organisation who booked the pass. They will have been provided with instructions and a bespoke code for your pass to complete the registration process.

Accessing the event

Pre-access to the event hub will open on Tuesday 19 March 2024.
Our live broadcast begins at 12:00pm UTC/GMT on Wednesday 20 March 2024.

There are a few ways to access the event:

  • Click on the “join event” button provided in your ticket confirmation email (see info above on how to find this in your inbox). Please note that the link from this button is totally unique to you. It by-passes the need to enter a password and cannot be shared with anyone else.

  • Log in to the event hub directly (enter event button) using the email address used for your registration.


Purchased a pay-what-you-can pass?

A quirk of our event platform means that if you purchased a pay-what-you-can pass, we have to manually issue you with a separate event ticket. So you will receive a confirmation when you booked, but you will then receive a separate ticket later on (the first batch of these were issued at around 16:20 GMT on Tuesday 19 March to everyone that had purchased a pay-what-you-can pass).

If you have not received the separate event ticket, please email hello@utterlycontent.com with your original pay-what-you-can booking confirmation number and we will re-issue your full ticket for you.

We will issue the next manual batch of these tickets on the morning of 20 March, so if you purchased a pay-what-you-can pass after 16:20 GMT on 19 March, please wait for us to issue your full ticket access the next morning. We are monitoring these bookings.

If you have difficulty accessing the event hub, please first refer to the Accelevents attendee experience information. If your question is still not answered, please email hello@utterlycontent.com

Please note: the event team are especially busy at the start of the live broadcast and may take a short while to reply to enquiries and requests for support. We highly recommend that you try to log in to the event platform before the live start time (and ideally on Tuesday 19 March, a whole day before the event) so there’s plenty of time to troubleshoot any issues. Don’t worry if you miss anything though - everything is being recorded.
