Terms of booking

By completing a booking form via this website you are agreeing to purchase an individual, team, or organisational pass to attend Utterly Content beginning on Thursday 21 March 2024.

The following terms apply:

• If paying by invoice, payment must be received within 30 days of the date of the invoice, or by Monday 18 March 2024, whichever is soonest.

• Bookings are non-refundable.

• You may change the name of a delegate on your booking before Thursday 21 March 2024 by email to hello@utterlycontent.com.

• In making this booking you accept that contact details for yourself and delegates listed on the booking will be accessed by Utterly Content Ltd, the event organiser, and the team at Pickle Jar Communications Ltd who provide event support services for the delivery of the event. 

• Delegate lists may be made available to other delegates and sponsors but contact details will not be published on the delegate lists. 

• Our event platform allows you to control how much personal information other delegates will be able to see about you. You accept that it is your responsibility for updating the settings on your own delegate profile.

• If the event is cancelled by us, your fee will be refunded in full. However, we shall not be responsible for any additional costs (travel expenses, loss of earnings, for example) that you have incurred. 

• The programme is subject to change at the discretion of the event organisers.

• Requests for additional access requirements must be made at the time of booking or by Friday 15 March 2024 at the very latest. While we will try our best to accommodate such requests made after this time, we cannot guarantee them. 

• If booking a team or organisational pass and you are not able to provide delegate details at the time of booking, those details must be provided by Friday 15 March 2024 at the very latest.
